We also offer Turn Key, detailed residential estimates for Individuals, Architects, and Builders. For less cost than it will take to do a final inside cleaning of your new residence, you can have an accurate detailed cost estimate that covers the total cost of a project, including temporary toilets, permits and trash removal cost.
For the individual, this estimate provides you with a tool to not only know what your project will cost, before you start, but also a way to tract your cost so that you can stay on budget. You can also use this estimate as a tool for negotiating with that one builder you want to deal with but also want to make sure that his cost are in line.
For the Architect, we can work with you while you design a residence to help you keep your design in line with your client’s budget. Or again to allow the owner to better negotiate with a builder.
For the Builder, this estimate can used to give you a check of your own estimate and allow you a better comfort level to submit a proposal or just to save you the tedious time that an estimate requires.
